We haven't opened yet. We open in early November and we're closing the founders' list .
Everything is here, with no phone calls and no «ask us for a quote». We looked at the websites of every provider in the Canary Islands before building this page. Six in ten don't say what they cost: they send you to a form or to a WhatsApp number that often doesn't answer. That seemed reason enough to do the opposite.
What each plan includes and exactly what Escudo (notification shield) adds to Domicilio (registered address), with the price per month and per year, before IGIC, the Canary Islands indirect tax.
The €39 is the Founder rate: you pay €39 a month for your whole first year instead of €45. There are 25 places, and they can be reserved until 5 November.

What only Escudo includes is the deadline shield: no notification counts as delivered without you reading it. Why that matters so much, with the figures in front of you, is in the ten-day deadline that can end in a bank seizure (in Spanish).
If your company already has an address, we watch your notifications all the same. You choose how many mailboxes and we alert you the same day, with the days you have left.

Do you have your address with us, and vehicles? Domicilio + Escudo con Flota is €100/month: everything in Escudo, with Flota included.
With the Domicilio plan you can add Básica for €15/month. All the mailboxes covered by your power of attorney come with the Escudo plan, which also handles your courtesy and exemption days for you.
To sign up, choose monitoring in the reservation form. Nothing to pay today here either.
What isn't in the plan, with its price before you need it.
All the mailboxes covered by your power of attorney, and the courtesy and exemption days, come with the Escudo plan. Básica on its own covers Hacienda and Social Security.
Scanned and sent the same working day. It arrives, it's logged with date and time, it's scanned and we alert you by email and WhatsApp.
We check the mailboxes every working day and alert you the same day, with the days you have left.
Every notification we detect and every alert we send you is logged with the date and time. We give you the records whenever you ask.
We count the days because the law counts them: after ten calendar days, Saturdays and Sundays included, an electronic notification counts as rejected and the procedure goes on without you. We explain it in full in the tax office's ten-day deadline (in Spanish).
The address is for your mail and your notifications, not a warehouse. We do receive parcels —they're in the extras, with their price— but there are things we won't take in.
Parcels can't be larger than 60×40×40 cm or heavier than 20 kg.
Parcels are collected by appointment, or we forward them to you with shipping at your expense.
Prices exclude IGIC and are indicative and not binding until we open. We'll confirm them on the day we open and, until then, nobody is charged anything.
If you join now, you pay €39 a month for your whole first year, when the standard rate is €45. And nothing to pay today: your first fee, once your address is active.
