What data we collect and where from
What you give us in the reservation form:
| Data | Required? | Why we ask for it |
|---|---|---|
| Name | Yes | To know how to address you |
| Email address | Yes | It's how we let you know |
| Company or planned company name | No | To know which plan suits you |
| Phone | No | Only if you prefer us to call you |
| Island and plan of interest | No | To prepare the service on your island |
| Comment | No | Whatever you want to tell us |
We also note where you came to the website from, if we know it: the campaign in the link you opened or the website that sent you. It tells us which channel works and is not used for anything else.
We don't ask for your ID card or tax ID, because a waiting list doesn't need them. Nor for bank or card details: nothing is paid here.
Our web hosting also automatically records technical data such as your IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the website working. We do not use it to profile you.
What we use your data for
- Managing the waiting list and letting you know when Offizzio opens.
- Replying to you if you write to us or ask us for something.
- Sending you news about the service, and only if you have ticked that box, which is optional and separate.
We do nothing else with it. We do not make automated decisions or build profiles.
Our legal basis for processing it
Your consent, which you give us by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw it whenever you like and without giving reasons, by writing to us at hola@offizzio.com or clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send you. Withdrawing it does not affect what we did before you withdrew it.
How long we keep it
Until the first of these three things happens:
- Offizzio opens and you decide whether or not to sign up.
- You withdraw your consent or ask us to delete you.
- Two years pass from when you gave it to us without us having opened. In that case we delete it without you having to ask.
Who else sees your data
We don't sell or pass on your data to anyone. The only ones who see it are the providers we need to make this work, who act as data processors and can only use it to provide their service to us:
- Vercel, which hosts the website and receives the form.
- Resend, which delivers each reservation to us by email so that we can keep it and reply to you.
Some of these providers may be located outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the transfer is covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or by an adequacy decision. If you want to know exactly who they are and where they are, write to us and we will tell you.
We could also disclose your data to a public authority or a court if the law requires us to.
What you can do with your data
You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Rectify it if it is wrong
- Erase it
- Restrict its processing
- Object to us processing it
- Take it somewhere else (portability)
- Withdraw your consent at any time
To exercise them, write to us at hola@offizzio.com saying what you want. We reply within a month and don't charge you anything for it.
If you think we have not dealt with you properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es). But write to us first: we can almost certainly sort it out.
Security
We apply reasonable measures so that your data is not lost and does not end up where it shouldn’t. No system is infallible, and if a breach affecting you ever happened, we would tell you.
Minors
This website is aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes to this policy
If we change it, we will update the date below. If the change is important and affects how we handle your data, we will tell you by email. Cookies have their own page: cookie policy.
If there is any discrepancy between versions, the Spanish version prevails.
